Close to town. Comfortable & spacious room
No lift (that I could see), and the room had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee or anything similar...

Good central location for exploring the town. Easy access to choice of restaurants and bars. Secure car parking immediately opposite the hotel.
Very difficult to locate due to blocked off roads. The instructions for people arriving by car need to be updated. Very limited choice for breakfast.

very central location, friendly staff, wifi a bonus, parking just opposite very useful
air conditioning would be good as very hot when we stayed and an extra pillow! breakfast a bit second rate would know next time not to order, kettle in room would also be a nice touch, as no where to purchase hot drinks in hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of the city (a short distance from Place de Jaude). The manager was adept at 'multi-tasking'! He could serve breakfast, answer the phone and check guests in and out at the same time! (Reminded me of 'Faulty Towers'!)
The en-suite wash basin (Room 10) flooded the floor when the plug was removed! The hotel were informed of the problem on Friday morning, the problem was not remedied when I left on Saturday at midday..... Not good!

Cheap Car Parking opposite the Hotel and a 5 minute walk to town centre.
No lift. No air conditioning in rooms. Very noisy all night - outside traffic and guests. Room was antiquated an the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever tried to sleep on (I failed). Once you add the price for breakfast (a complete rip-off - 6 Euros for 1 croissant, 1/2 a baguette and some cereal?! ) and parking and taxes, I'd wish I'd booked somewhere else. Did we stay in the same hotel as everyone else??

Location, room was a good size and clean, parking just over the road 6 Euro per 24 hours.
Room on 2nd floor and stone staircase was long and steep and not suitable for people with mobility problems. No mention in reviews of this.
